P90X My Review
Stick to the program and it will work hands down. If you follow along to the laid out chart and plan you will see massive results in a short amount of time. When you start you will be more sore than you can ever imagine..in a good way. If you are new to physical exercise then make sure to take it one step at a time. Modify as needed and as Tony says..take breaks. You will be amazed at how fast you will start to get extra reps in.The only thing that is rough is that it gets repetitive hearing the same words over and over as you continuously run through the cycles, but hands down the best DVD workout program that I've ever attempted.
I liked it when I first got it, and went through it probably twice, but then I discovered free, ever changing HIIT workouts on YouTube. I do think the original P90X is way better than either P90X2 - worthless, or P90X3 - ok I guess if that's the only exercise you're going to do at all, or if you're just a complete fitness beginner. The concept of getting small bits of exercise in, in limited chunks, is really good to fit in on days you can't schedule an hour, but even if that's the case there's a lot better ways of getting it than most of the workouts in this set.
